You have seen what being a Theatre Kid builds…confidence, collaboration, communication, leadership, belonging, and courage that starts onstage, then shows up everywhere else.

But when arts funding gets questioned, the space where Theatre Kids are made is often treated like it is optional. The future of our students and our programs is tied to choices policymakers are making now. Those choices will be shaped only if our voices rise to meet the moment.

That is why your voice is needed at EdTA's 2026 Advocacy Summit, March 26 to 27 in Washington, D.C!

Advocacy Summit is a working event designed to equip educators, students, artists, and leaders with the tools, skills, and strategies required to protect and expand theatre education at the national, state, and local levels.

Help ensure that more kids get the chance to become Theatre Kids. We will see you in Washington!
