Greetings!
I have just been promoted to one of my schools assistant principal positions! I have the certification, but I wasn't anticipating making the jump at this point in my career. I am getting our high school's theater program off and running after many years of being stagnant. I am LOVING it. It has brought me so much joy the past two years. I really want to continue to direct our theater troupe while also being the director of the program. My district is fine with that as I am bringing in lots of revenue for the program and other admin in our district are head coaches, etc.
My question is- Are any directors here also school administrators? If so, I'd love to pick your brain about how you balance it all, what works, what doesn't, etc.
