That's why I'm thrilled to announce the introduction of our all-new Early Career Educator Track at the TEC 2024, designed to connect you with expert-led workshops and resources you need to find success from day one.
What to Expect:
- Training Workshops: Our sequence of workshops covers all the essentials of being a theatre educator-from balancing work-life demands to mastering curriculum mapping and incorporating culturally responsive teaching methods.
- Mentorship: Beyond the workshops, each new teacher will be paired with a mentor for ongoing coaching and support throughout the year.
- Community: Attending TEC is an opportunity to connect with theatre educators, industry partners, and vendors from around the country! Form lasting friendships and discover valuable resources to support your program.
