    Hello! 

    We are a new troupe, so I am still learning the ins and outs of all things ITS. I have had an issue arise that I'm not sure, exactly, how to handle. Several of my students were cast our local community theatre's show this summer. Three students attendance/attitudes were so bad (mostly attendance) that the director removed them from the show. 2 of the 3 students are officers (one is our theatre advocacy chair). This absolutely reflects poorly on our program and troupe. Are there any ITS policies in place as to how to handle a situation like this, or is it up to the troupe director? Also, if you have had any issue like this in the past, how did you handle it?
