Yes there are many options out there... the question is what do you consider a quick turn a round, for the staging it can be put up and down using insertion or folding legs, but when you speak of truss and lighting safety becomes my concern. you can use pipe and drape for masking, but I recommend using a installed lighting position, possibly your lights can remain in the periods that they are used.
I recommend having someone in to look at the space and to make suggestions, that can fit your and your schools needs.
