If you don't use the Thespian Point Record Sheet, how do you keep track of the points Thespians earn? Have you created a special spreadsheet or do you use a computer program? Please attach any sort of document you have created to assist with this process to your response (or email it to me at gbutsch@schooltheatre.org).

I use the attached sheet for each Thespian and keep it in a three ring binder. Once or twice a year I have each Thespian (or potential Thespian) fill out a point assessment form I created which I also keep. I use that assessment sheet to determine the points earned by each student. It asks for information for the most common ways to earn points such as acting, tech work, etc. There is also another question where it asks students to list any other theatrical activity on the back so I do not miss any less common way a student may have earned points during the assessment period. 

I have found this system works very well and have been doing it this way for years.
