I'm considering doing 13 the musical with my middle school students next spring. We just wrapped Drowsy Chaperone and, with a few edits, it was received very well by our community. I didn't recieve any comments about Message from a Nightingale or the drinking.... The only comment was from anothe teacher about the "making love" line from Aldolpho. I know 13 has lots of making out/groping references. Has anyone else done it with middle school? How did you sell the script to your principal/parents? My kids all love the show and its message and have been begging to do it for 2 years
