  • 1.  A Killer Party anyone?

Is anyone else out there taking at shot at A KILLER PARTY this winter? I'd love to chat. We are diving in as soon as school starts up in January. It feels very out of my ballpark with all the video editing but I have great kids who are researching editing platforms over the holiday and a great music director who is comfortable laying down tracks. MTI sends a helpful directors guide when you get the rights, but still, I'm pretty nervous going into it and I'd love to share the ride with anyone else who is taking this on.

Feel free to email me: monteverdej@4j.lane.edu

    Following....
I watched the show when it came out so I'm curious to know & learn more from those who are producing it.
    Thanks!

    Hi, John,
I am contemplating using professional projections to put behind the recorded performance. As for the editing, I am hoping the school film editor will be able to deal with all the different aspects. I may, for example, choose not to use the underscoring because that adds so many more cues.
In any case, any and all thoughts/tips would be greatly appreciated! I did try to send an email to your school address with no luck.
