Here is what I use to evaluate student designers and stage managers. It can be adapted. I keep it a little bit vague so I can adjust different expectations if I need to meet specific job issues. So I have check list guides I give my designers. I also create a list of expectation with student who are working in class who aren't designers so everyone understands.
For example:
If we are working on a construction or painting project.
5 = student works diligently all the time, is accurate etc. but also takes initiative to lead and help others or clean up anywhere they can when done with a task
4 = student works diligently all the time, is accurate etc. but doesn't take initiative
3 = student work is inconsistent in some way (work ethic, accuracy, etc.)
And so on and so forth.....Sorry if I just over explained. I've attached the rubric and some of my checklists. If you all want more or need specifics or just want help with modifications let me know.
Also if you want any specific project rubrics let me know.

Subject: Technical Theatre Rubric
Hello,
I am looking for a good technical rubric that is independent of performance. This would be a rubric for students working all things technical including stage managing, student directing etc.
Thanks in advance,
John
