    To the state festivals whose STOs sell the small yellow rubber duckie necklaces  - where are you finding them this year?  They are no longer available on Oriental Trading and the price on Amazon is $20 for a dozen which is way too much for it to be the fundraiser that we have always done.  "The Yellow Duck" has become a tradition and is one of the small fun "expectations" of our state festival.  Help?

    Try Esty. They have some rubber duck things. I don't know if its what you are looking for.
