We usually do signed a framed poster with a cast/crew picture and have the cast sign the matte. They go over very well. During Covig-19, when no students were in the school, we hung six years worth of framed show posters/pictures/frames on the wall.

Our students pay a participation fee for the musical. Part of that fee is earmarked for gifts for the staff and volunteers. Everyone gets a nice bouquet of flowers closing night of the fall play and musical. I also purchase gift cards, and often personal gifts that have to do with the show. These range from a music box to a mug or tee shirt. As producer/ director, I choose the gifts. The seniors have traditionally gotten me a gift.
