We are in search of an app or program to organize and plan everything pre-show and post-show (set build, props, program, T-shirts, rehearsal schedules, cast parties).
We currently communicate with parents/volunteers with Facebook Messenger or email. Specifically looking for a task/to do list, calendar to show deadlines, file upload/download
and a form of communication. Not all volunteers have smart phones, so I am thinking a website would be beneficial along with a mobile version.
