    We are in search of an app or program to organize and plan everything pre-show and post-show (set build, props, program, T-shirts, rehearsal schedules, cast parties).

    We currently communicate with parents/volunteers with Facebook Messenger or email. Specifically looking for a task/to do list, calendar to show deadlines, file upload/download

    and a form of communication. Not all volunteers have smart phones, so I am thinking a website would be beneficial along with a mobile version.

    We have used Team App with great results. My parents love it and it looks is very user friendly. It is available on all platforms and is free.

    Google sites is a free service. You could include pages for each crew area, a calendar, get email, and tasks. The new Google sites lets you see how the page would show in PC and mobile view.

    We used Basecamp in college.  It's free for educational use, and provides a calendar, check lists, and ability to upload files.

    I did find Freedcamp which is a project management app.
