Hi All,

I am looking for icebreakers you have had success with online. They do not necessarily have to be crafted for theater classes. They could work for any kind of group get together. Whattya' got?

You might check the Library in this Community. Earlier during these sequestered times I posted 11 short Distance Ensemble Experiences which can be used as warmups, cool downs, links to your lessons. 

I also taught a thirty minute workshop at the VITF. So hopefully you can access those posts. 

Feel free to tweak what I have given for your needs.  And assign an ensemble experience to your students in small breakout groups to create and teach online. They devise creative ways to build ensemble/ice breakers and provide you lesson plans which are directed by students. I have a Ensemble one-page assignment form which I can share. Reach out for the form.

I went back and found all the icebreakers in these chats...13 entries of them I think. Thank you so much for offering all of these. I'm sure I have some version of them scribbled down in various places around my office but I'm getting organized for September and these will be a great foundation for starting with new students.
