    Hello,

I will be teaching two one-hour workshops to (up to) 25 teen-aged girls during a day long event connected to body image. The goal is to use movement and voice to arrive at a heightened state of confidence. I have a few games up my sleeve but would love your input/ideas.

    When is this workshop?

There is a game called Veruga, imagine Zip Zap Zop mixed with Uno (the card game) and dozens of video game and movie references thrown in. There are about 50 moves altogether. I am actually in the middle of filming to create a video tutorial because the game is far too difficult to explain on its own. I expect to be done by mid to take June.

Thanks, Chris. That sounds great! Unfortunately, I teach the workshop in two weeks. I would still love an explanation when it's done.

    Mirroring works well.

Have them start with abstract movement and then add emotions for the mirroring like: Pride, love, anger etc.

Very interesting to watch and switching leaders of the movement gives everyone a chance to both create and follow!
