We went to a 4 day work week two years ago, and I love it! It has vastly improved my work/life balance. My goal was to not make kids come in on our days off (Monday for us). It works for the plays, but for musicals we need the extra time. We didn't do a musical this year because of Covid, but for next year we are going to have lead musical rehearsals on Monday. It is also nice to have an extra day to go shopping for the shows and have a set work day if needed.
