Of course, I Googled Dr. Erwin and his work with the students of his school has been nothing less than extraordinary. Check out a short article I've attached discussing school funding cuts and how they affect two different schools in the St. Louis District. At the better-supported school, a tech director remarks he does not pay attention to the budget.
Dr. Erwin has a different approach with his barely funded program: he spends his own money. I'm battling with receipts right now and what the school will pay and not pay regarding our recent production of
Twelfth Night. But mine is a problem of irritation, not a necessity.
I encourage others, like me in this instance, who have something that would be a great value to another school who is mightily underfunded, to consider passing on our beneficence.
Best to all with spring productions in process.

Hi all,
I found an unused MTI Show Kit for Annie Jr. while cleaning out a closet. MTI will not take it back. I'm quite sure I will not use it. It is worth $550!
If you could use this Show Kit and teach in a Title 1 school and/or underfunded school, send me an email at abean@longtrailschool.org and I will send it to you, free of charge. First come, first serve. Let the games begin...
