    Hey Gang!

    We have decided to mount Clue for our fall show this year.  Can anyone give me a run down on the major differences between the original version vs. the High School version?

    Hi Michael,

    I LOVED IT!
    I did the HS version las fall. however, it's a tremendous amount of physical blocking, character work, and props. I would suggest the HS version as its gonna be enough work especially if you are doing it online. The regular play is longer.

    The big difference is the sexual content. There are a lot of innuendos in the original and the high school version cleans a lot of those up or just alludes to things rather than flat out stating them. Both are very good and follow the same story. We used the high school version and then when those sections came up the students had the ability to really give them a lot of emphasis and do a lot with facials and body language so we got the point without keeping some more explicit lines and offended less people.
