PCPA Pacific Conservatory Theatre Resident Artist Yusef Severs is offering a free 4-part series for artists and educators looking to diversify their perspective and understanding of the American Theatre. We will look at plays and musicals that speak vividly about the Black experience and the intersection of American culture. We will discuss and discover how these stories have impacted our industry and how we can look at our own work through a different lens to amplify and progress Black voices and stories. We will work collaboratively with texts and partners. There is no cost for the series.

    Sundays: Sept 13, 20, 27 & Oct 4

    6 PM - 7:30 PM

This series is limited to 20 .

Because of limited enrollment, please only register if you are willing to commit your time and energy to the entire series.
