    Hi there,
    I am preparing for our Fall Play "You Can't Take It With You", opening November 2019 and I need to give the following information to potential set designers. I was hoping this community can help me with these questions.
     
    Thank you in advance for your insights!
     
    1) Production timeline - what should the timeline be for 
    - Conceiving (sketches, illustrations, ground plan)
    - Detailing
    - Approvals
    - Scenic Construction 
    - Production Week - Install in the space (our production will be performing in an off campus venue)
     
    2) What are the responsibilities of the set designer? This is a Guest Artist, not a position at our school.
