Here's what I have so far. Some of the questions I stole from a form I found online.
You should keep your mask on at all times - even when speaking.
You will be sitting on a set of platforms onstage.
You will be sitting six feet away from anyone else.
Actors will have on masks or face shields when sitting on the platforms.
Actors will take their masks/face shields off when speaking and singing.
There will be a time or two in which you will be invited to join the cast in dancing. You are free to decline this invitation if you want to be lame.
For every word you are given to spell, you should:
- Ask for the definition.
- Ask for it to be used in a sentence.
You have a limited time to spell your word. If you take too long, you will be eliminated.
You should try to win!
You do not need to act or try to be funny - that is the actors' jobs. You just need to be yourself.
Three unique or random facts about yourself_____________

We are also doing this show in late spring so I, too, would be interested in a form!

We're doing the 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee soon and will include the audience volunteers. Some will be recruited before the show and some will be chosen the night of the show. Either way, I'd like to get some info from them so we will have material to roast them. If you have done the show and used a form to get info from them, would you mind sharing it?
