Ok...I know I'm missing something somewhere. Can somebody tell me how we update our students' status over the years? When they are inducted, they are simply Active Thespians, as they progress, their Thespian Points increase, they become Honor, Nat'l Honor, or Int'l Honor Thespians, and they assume officer positions as Seniors...how do we update these status changes in the system as they rise through our program?

Hello Israel,

 Once you have logged onto the troupe’s account, you can update a student’s status by following the steps listed below:

1. Click on Troupe Business, which is found in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Scroll down to the TROUPE ROSTERS AND RECORDS section and click on Student member and contacts list (view/edit/print).
3. Click on the student’s name you wish to update.
4. Click on the down arrow key in the Academic distinction field and choose the appropriate distinction.
5. Scroll down to the bottom and click on the Submit changes and return to my eligible for induction roster.

Repeat steps 2 – 5 for any student you wish to update any of information for.
