Our school is producing The Sound of Music and our director is interested in renting a backdrop.  Suggestions on companies?  We need to keep it under budget. Any information regarding set, costumes, rental would be appreciated. Surely there are schools who might rent?
    Thanks.

We produced The Sound of Music last year and rented a backdrop from Grosh.  However, we also made some of our costumes (Von Trapp Curtain costumes, Maria's costumes, Nun costumes) that we would be willing to sell.  kayla.stafford@rowan.kyschools.us

This is who we rented from for a 2015 production of Sound of Music.   Two week rental was $250, plus some shipping costs.

I have plenty of costumes- let me know what you're looking for! We just closed the show a week ago.

I agree. Grosh is the best and are very school - friendly. I have used them for decades and they are my first "go to" for backdrops.
