Subject: Trouble with Tams Witmark?
Hello All,
Please allow this post to introduce myself to those of you I have not yet had the opportunity to meet.
I am Kim Rogers, Vice President of Amateur Licensing for Concord Theatricals and serve on the National Board of Trustees for EdTA's Educational Theatre Foundation.
We understand and appreciate your issues with order processing as we integrate the personnel and varied systems from R&H Theatricals, Tams Witmark, The Musical Company, and Samuel French.
Naturally it's in all of our interests to make the licensing process as smooth and efficient as possible, and keeping our customers satisfied and returning is a top priority.
Delays for some shows are due to required approvals from various writers, estates, or touring companies, and their response time is not in our control. However, we actively work with these parties to expedite responses as much as possible.
We've spent this year planning and preparing for the launch of our new website and consolidated licensing system, scheduled for this October, which will significantly automate the amateur licensing process that has been manual at some of our constituent companies. We look forward to being able to serve you better very shortly.
In the meantime, if you have specific questions about your order, please email me at
kim.rogers@concord.com. I will be delighted to assist in resolving your concerns.
Thank you,
Kim

Hello Lisa,
As stated above, Tams has been the most difficult to work with when producing a show. I hope that with Concord, things will change.

Anyone have experience working with Tams Witmark? I have been trying to get ahold of them all week to figure out an issue with out license and have yet to hear anything back. I have called and can't ever get an actual person. I have emailed multiple places and never get a response. Anyone have any tips or suggestions? Freaking out a bit because we audition in a little over a week and our scripts haven't arrived yet and no one will answer me as to what is going on
