I do not know off the top of my head anyone who may have costumes, but honestly this is one of those shows where you could incorporate the whole "found" objects concept and let the kids (and parents) be really creative. Also, I would imagine that you'd have a blast utilizing black lights, neon things, and such.
I don't know if you've heard of Serenbe Playhouse, they're starting to get lots of nation-wide recognition, but anyway... they did a professional production of the show a while back and they had people bring things in that they were going to recycle and I "think" they contacted some organizations that had collected actual items that had been washed up from the ocean, and they used all of that "stuff" to make the set and costumes. I don't know what they did with the items afterwards. You should look them up on youtube just to get an idea of what they did.
If I hear of anything I'll let you know.
Kind Regards,
Jared

Does anyone have costumes or props for Little Mermaid? We are performing in November and I need some help on this one. Thanks!
