Hey Educators,
I am relocating to Phoenix in the 18-19 school year to take a position with middle level drama for a charter school. This is a program that I know VERY little about--and in the end-of-school-year madness, administration has very little to offer me in terms of answers. So, my question is...What are the questions I SHOULD be asking....
1.) Of the Administration
2.) Of my fellow teachers
3.) Of my fellow Drama Teacher--who will be working with the youngest grades, while I take upper el/middle school
I am PUMPED to get started, but definitely feel like I don't even know what I don't know--and I want to make sure that I am setting myself up for success for this year and not just feeling it out.
Curriculum is NOT the issue. I have books upon books and resources and extensive knowledge of my subject area--it's more the "moving into a new school culture" that i'm feeling apprehensive about.
