    Does anyone do a retreat with their chapter board members? One to go over job descriptions, what their goals are, etc?

    I feel like my board needs a little help but I'm not quite sure where to start? Does anyone have any kind of paperwork they use with their chapter (or state board)? Just to talk about job and what have you?

    We retreat with our officers every summer. Although it is probably not what you think of as a retreat.

    We schedule three long officer meetings each summer month. Each lasts 3 to 4 hours.

    The AZ Thespians Chapter has had a two day retreat at a downtown Phoenix hotel in June for a number of years now.  Best to contact Jenell Riordan, Chapter/State Director, for details.
