The summer program at UCLA is not specific to TV/Film, but it is a great program. http://http://www.tft.ucla.edu/programs/summer-programs/theater-summer-institutes/musical-theater-summer-institute/www.tft.ucla.edu/programs/summer-programs/theater-summer-institutes/musical-theater-summer-institute/

Just FYI, CSSSA is a terrific, life-changing program (I am an alumna), however, it is governor's school-type program and so is only open to California residents.

Camp Bravo is a process-based Theatre one week Summer camp 7000 feet elevation in the mountains near Big Bear, CA for middle and high school students. I have taught Virtual Theatre for David Krassner and Artur Cybulski, Camp Directors and fellow Theatre educators for over 20 years.
Not film orientated, but worth looking at. Students take part in musical theatre, stage combat, playwrighting,  acting, improvisation, clowning, etc. classes, then all camp activities which are collaboration-based.
Students return to their schools around the nation with the skills of collaboration, communication, creative and critical thinking (sound familiar?).
