If it doesn't need to be a monologue taken from a full length play, then check out the anthologies
Out and Allied Volumes one and two. They have a mix of "performance pieces" including scenes/short plays, poems, monologues, and songs "contributed by youth from all over the United States.". They are new to my bookshelf, but definitely seem to have multiple options.

If this is for debate, you can adapt a prose work. I'd talk to your librarian about books with LGBTQ+ characters.
And you will probably score better if you have two or more characters in the piece.

There is a play, Lost and Found by Marsha Sheiness based on interviews with LGTBQ teens. The play has 8 characters, all of whom are grappling with their sexual identities in a variety of ways. Each teen tells his or her story and the other actors participate in acting out the scenes. I'm sure you could find a monologue to extract there. I believe you can buy a downloadable PDF.

So I am a high school student who competes in dramatic 10 minute monologues and this year I am adamant on finding an LGBTQ story to present. I was wondering if anyone knew of any sad or dramatic LGBTQ monologues I would be able to find the script for and perform.
