    What do you require from your students in order to induct? Just trying to decide if I need to alter my current requirements.

    We keep it simple for Initiation - 10 points and 2 shows.

    10 points, 2 shows - but also 2 different categories.

    Most students can get the 2nd category easily because they are a part of our club that meets during school hours - or they have attended a show or conference.  

    We have had a few students who "only" do one thing - play in the pit, or dance in a musical.  I find that this helps to create more of a team mentality - and to focus on the whole PROGRAM, not just one show or one type of contribution.

    we do 10 pts, 2 categories as well, but we also added service hours as well. We ask for a total a 3 hours (currently spread over 3 semesters) but that is being revised soon.

    We keep it simple 10 points & 2 shows - but since this is an honor society they have to have good standing academically (could not have failed a class the previous year and maintain at least a 70 in all their classes that they are currently enrolled in)
