    I am looking for material related to this theme for a possible revue. Bonus points for titles from Playscripts. Thank you for helping me brainstorm!

    Hi Cora,

    Resilience was essentially the theme of our cabaret this year. We called it A Hint of Light (from a lyric in Ain't It Good from Children of Eden). We contracted original work from playwrights who created some really lovely pieces. I'd be happy to put you in touch with the playwrights if any of the pieces speak to you. I imagine they'd be happy to license the pieces for a fair price and it would be good to see them get some additional life  

    We collected songs about Light, hope, and longing  we brought playwrights in and ran a writers room with the students to discuss hopefulness in these times. The result was age appropriate material about hope, longing, and I think… resilience

    Take a look at BLESSINGS FROM THE PANDEMIC by Rich Orloff.  We just produced this script (March 19-28) as a video-on-demand download - all monologues (poems, really) - kids really enjoyed this; helped them to voice what they've been going through over the past year.
