Who does JumpStart Theatre help? Here's a snapshot of how many people were impacted by the program last school year, thanks to donors and supporters like you!

For the love of theatre. Bizzy Robertson, a teacher at Felicity-Franklin Middle School, recently shared a touching story about a student: "One of our boys from the cast of last year's show continues to surprise me with his newfound love for theatre! The 7th and 8th grade plan to take an educational tour of DC and NYC next summer. Included in the price are tickets to a Broadway show and that sealed the deal for him! He is working this summer to collect donations for his chance to go. He has met with the Ladies Auxiliary at the VFW and the American Legion in order to speak and present about his role in the JumpStart Theatre program, where he expressed his love for the theatre and ensured he has good intentions to keep his grades up and make any donations worthwhile. This boy has struggled emotionally, but has grown so much through this experience. There have been a few "incidents" with his temper and I've talked him through them, reminding him that it wouldn't be a good reflection of his part in the program if he were to get suspended, and it changes his perspective instantly. He loves it with all his heart."
