  • 1.  What are the most sought after -- 10 minute plays, one acts, or full length scripts?

    What is most in demand by theatre classes for elementary, middle grade, and high school students?  Is it 10 minute plays, one acts, or full length scripts?  Also, is the preference for comedies or dramas?

    Thanks for asking. I would love affordable for rights or even royalty free 15-minute productions for elementary grades 2-5 based on the likes of fractured fairy tales humorous  for classes with 25-35 students. 
    Is that challenge or not ?

    Ahh . . . I think the issue is the cast size of 25 - 35 students.  The only 15 -20 minute production I've done with a cast that large for elementary grades has been "Cake for the Queen."  Unfortunately, that script, which is published by YouthPLAYS, is not royalty free.  You can read an excerpt of that script here:

    You might be able to find what you're looking for on Drama Notebook.  They advertise royalty-free scripts.  Here's the link:
