     Greetings  co workers,
    My name is Kim Thomas and I am the Theater Director here in Atlanta, Georgia. I need help in understanding how to induct my theatre students into the  program and also competitions  of how  I can get my students signed up fro them?

    You can easily adapt the ceremony to local needs.  I always did this as part of end-of-year Thespian banquet that also included awards and entertainment provided by that year’s new inductees.
