I am in a bit more conservative school. Looking for a large cast musical.  We've done Oklahoma, Newsies, Oliver, Cinderella, Big Fish, Footloose etc.   What musical have you directed that your students absolutely loved?  Would love Alice by Heart but no accompaniment tracks available.  Looked at Between the Lines but subjects won't fly in my school.

I didn't think I would love it but my students convinced me to direct All Shook Up.  It was a blast!

I second Hello, Dolly! We just did it last spring and our students and audience loved it!

We've also had a lot of success with Mary Poppins, The Music Man, Fiddler on the Roof, Annie, Beauty and the Beast, The King and I and Godspell.

Possibly look at Zombie Prom, I think Concord has it now.  It is a fun show, kids and audience loved it.  You can grow the ensemble to any size.  It is quirky but a lot of fun!!

If Alice By Heart was on your list, there are tracks available online. We are using Stroh tracks for our production and they are working great!

If a holiday musical would fit the bill  "A Night Before Christmas: Christmas Cabaret Concert"

A classic traditional tale modernized for the ways of today, with 17 original seasonal songs in our array.

We start the musical sleigh ride rockin' down the highway of our memory lanes with wide open eyes of a child viewing presents, snow angels, pretty lights and candy canes.

As we round the bend of these holiday scenes our sights are now set on what the season truly means, when love takes over your heart, your soul and all of your dreams.

Then the checkered flag is in sight as we finish our night by putting the pedal to the metal towards those blurry lines as we speed back to our frantic, rapid changing times.

The holiday season does end with the drop of the ball but when it begins anymore is anybodies call.

With up to 14 lead/solo roles (13 vocal) plus a large ensemble with with solo vocals. All music is digital, no pit needed. I have attached a copy of the script, a "Props, Sponsorship and Staging" pdf  and a link to Soundcloud to the entire playlist.

Me & My Girl - rags to riches story, Cockney style.  6 leads, 2 large ensembles (the rich, the Pearlies), and multiple featured roles.

    The Music Man

    Once Upon a Mattress

    Cinderella

Bye Bye Birdie - so much fun!  In one of the 6 times I've done it I had a handicapped young lady play Mae Peterson by riding on a bright red mobility cart. The running gag became her honking the horn and yelling "Hello, Albert!" as she entered and the promptly run over his foot.
