    Would the Cappies count? They're an organization not a theatre company, but each chapter trains HS reviewers to create publishable reviews and earn the right to vote on 35 acting and tech categories for a year-end culminating gala awards ceremony.
    I'm on the governing board (and the steering committee for the National Capital Area chapter) so feel free to reach out if you'd like more information.  In NCA, shows nominated for Best Play or Best Musical perform excerpts at the Kennedy Center during the gala.
