Compiling as many go-to scenes for students to work on for Comedy of Manners as I can.  List all you got - don't assume I'll think of the obvious. :)  Thanks!

Cecily-Gwendolen and Algernon-Jack in Act II of The Importance of Being Earnest

Lots of good two-person (and larger) scenes in The Misanthrope.

I love The Constant Wife, by Somerset Maugham, and anything by Oscar Wilde.

Richard Sheridan's School for Scandal has several wonderful scenes for study.

If you want to open up your curriculum to contemporary comedies of manners, Douglas Carter Beane's The Little Dog Laughed. And The Country Club. And As Bees in Honey Drown. Also: Yasmina Reza's God of Carnage. Possibly even Bruce Norris's Clybourne Park.
