Happy countdown to summer! I'm starting to think about our play for next spring. I'll direct my honors class (11f, 9m) in a drama. I've never done RADIUM GIRLS, so I'm very tempted to give it a go. I'm also going to look at different adaptations of LITTLE WOMEN. For some background, we did YOU CAN'T TAKE IT WITH YOU this past spring. I owe some great dramatic parts to my girls. Please let me know if you think I should consider anything else. Thank you!

Have you considered doing one of the compilations of Edgar Allen Poe stories? Playscripts has at least 2 of these (A Nightfall with Edgar Allen Poe and An Evening of Edgar Allen Poe) and received a really positive reaction. I also was able to get more of an audience because the English department offered extra credit for seeing the show.
