Anyone who made a license extension request to Concord Theatricals: did you receive response of any sort?

Yes, we're sending out many a day! Because of the incredibly high volume of inquiries, it's taking a bit for us to respond. We appreciate your patience, and expect an answer very soon! In almost all situations, an extension is totally fine. We'll be in touch!

Rosemary, would it be better to just cancel, and reapply for rights when the dates are set for next year's shows, or file to move the dates of an already licensed show?

(Too late for me; I canceled).

If you’re producing the same show, we recommend rescheduling (that way you don’t need to pay for the rental twice). If you’d like to see if this is possible, please email K12@concordtheatricals.com and we’ll be happy to determine the best way to move forward.

I hope you and your students are staying safe and healthy during this tricky time!
