Hi Makala. If you already signed up online for this year's TOTS-Eat campaign, you can use the link below to log back in. For anyone who hasn't signed up and still wants to, you'll start with the sign up button on the top right. You'll receive an acceptance email in about a day. After that, the instructions below will apply to you too.

Click on "My Applications".
There will be a box under "Needs Attention".
If you see a yellow bar that says "Accept", click that to complete your sign up.
The needs attention box will then say "Post-Acceptance" Click that. (You may need to click My Applications again)
The verification form page opens. There's a link to download the form.
After you complete the form, upload it on the same page by clicking "Add new file"
Click Finish and Submit in the lower right.
You're done.
