    I am at a very diverse K-8 school.  I'm looking at "Once on This Island, Jr." for the Spring.  I feel like the themes are universal.  Has anyone done this show with diverse casting?

    Yes! It's a great show and you'll be glad you did it. The recent Broadway production had a very diverse cast. Break a leg!

    Yes. The show is very appropriate and agree the themes are very universal. We just did the full show and had an amazing time and the cast and audiences loved it.

    Absolutely! This is one of my favorite shows. I'm at a public middle school in Hawai'i where we last produced this show in 2008. Go for it! It's an awesome show.
