    Hello fellow Theatre teachers, thanks in advance for your help!

    Every year, "sound" is our biggest problem...  so this coming school year is The Year of The Voice.  Please share some of your favorite exercises!

    Looking for:

    • Inflection Tips

    Hi Christie, 
    I use a lot of Rodenburg for voice work and I find the intoning exercises help a lot with strengthening and improving sound production. They deal with support and sending the sound out. You can do them on vowels, with poetic text, or contemporary text. It's all about sending out a healthy supported sound on the same note.
