I'm not aware of a play that focuses on the Boleyn Sisters. Not quite what you want, because it's cousins rather than sisters, but if you want British royalty with two women leads, you could look at "Mary Stuart."
I also adapted Gail Carson Levine's "The Two Princesses of Bamarre" and directed it at my school. I think it was really successful -- I tried to do it in the style of "Peter and the Starcatcher." (And yes, I got permission from the author -- who also wrote "Ella Enchanted" -- and her agent.)
