I'm running into a brick wall coming up with ideas for our spring show, so I thought I'd leverage the collective experiences of the forum.

Here are my criteria:  I'd like a drama.  medium sized cast, more female than male.  It should reflect the theme of "building bridges/making connections," which is our focus for the year.

Any ideas?  Thank you in advance!

All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten has a very flexible cast, easy set and costumes and although it has some skits that are funny there are plenty that have a serious theme. You can choose to do it as a musical or not and you can also choose to do however many of the skits as you like.

    Sounds like "Rent" to me.
