  • 1.  Large Cast Play Recommendations for Yeshiva High School

    Posted 09-12-2017 10:45
    Good morning!!

Any recommendations for a large cast play? It needs to be appropriate for a Yeshiva or at least still make sense with cuts of language or specific inappropriate subject matter.

    Thank you!

Is there a particular subject or type of script you are looking for?

How about The Education of Hyman Kaplan. It's a fun old musical about a group of immigrants trying to learn about getting along in America. Very sweet and innocent.

I also work at Yeshiva high schools. I love: Our Town, The Miracle Worker, I Never Saw Another Butterfly ( Holocaust theme), The Complete Works of William Shakespeare Abridged, The Importance of Being Earnest, Rosencranz and Guildenstern are Dead, A Few Good Men.
All will work with minimal cuts for language or content.
