Hi all! I'm looking for 2m, 1f scenes from published plays for my acting class (comedic or dramatic). Anything to help build my library would be much appreciated. Thanks!

One of my favorite 10-minute plays is "The Worst Possible Time for Writer's Block" by John Shanahan. It's a standalone rather than a scene from a larger play, but I hope you can use it. Available from Heuer Publishing at hitplays.com.

Are you familiar with Luv by Murray Schisgal?  Great comic and tragic moments with fun characters.

If a ten minute play would do, this is a fun one. It has three characters, and the genders are flexible. There are a few curse words (including an f bomb) in case that's a concern.

Playwriting 101: The Rooftop Lesson by Rich Orloff | Playscripts Inc.
An instructor lectures on the craft of playwriting, using two live examples: a would-be jumper on the edge of a ledge, and a would-be Good Samaritan trying to save him. But after being paused and replayed one too many times, these two characters rise up and revolt against both the instructor and the rules of playwriting itself...

Star Spangled Girl by Neil Simon is one of my favorites, however performing a scene for a competition or an audience could be a problem.

An oldie with a beautiful scene between Elizabeth, Robert Dudley and Cecil is Vivat! Vivat Regina! by Robert Bolt.

Equus by Peter Schaffer has a scene between Dysart and Alan with Jill, who as I remember, doesn't have that many lines.
