I've had great success just calling the main customer service number and asking a different rep/operator for help. If my rep hasn't been able to get my needs met, they've been really helpful at doing a temporary reassignment for me. I hope this helps!

I have sent my contract to MTI 3 times last week and again today.I have tried to call my licensing agent and his mailbox is full. I got an email from him saying to send my account number and he would look into it.
