    Does ITS still carry the gold graduation seals that can be put on diplomas?  I could not find them in the high school honors section.

    Good question. The foil seals are now in the "For all troupes" category since Troupe AND Junior Troupe Directors may purchase them. It's page 11 in the 2019 catalog.
