We had this same problem last spring. We ended up going with the "Cali Blonde Starlet wig" for Motormouth. It worked wonderfully for our student.
I think we ordered a "60s Flip Wig" for Tracy and did some styling to make it work.
It took a few tries to get everything right. But everything came together and we had a lot of fun. Wishing you lots of success also!

We are in rehearsals for Hairspray, and I have successfully located most of the wigs we will be using - but am coming up short in terms of finding high quality wigs for TRACY and for MOTORMOUTH.
