  • 1.  Scenes for 3 women

I have fallen under the curse of the odd-number-of-students advanced acting class. So I am looking for a scene for 3 women from a quality published work. My immediate thought was the old standby- "Crimes of the Heart"- but I require these students to read the whole play and  am having trouble getting 3 copies. I thought of using "On The Verge", but this particular group of kids might be challenged by the language and historical context. So I am open to suggestion. Thanks in advance.

My immediate thought was Laundry and Bourbon.

    THREE TALL WOMEN by Albee
EELOMOSANARY  by Lee Blessing) three generations of one family about a girl who wins a spelling bee spelling the word which is the title of the play...which ironically I think I misspelled in this message.)
