hey all, I am looking for job descriptions for a Director of Fine and Performing Arts. Putting together a proposal for a new position at my current school. Our programs are growing....thank God...and the Superintendent and Board are very interested in creating this position. Right now it would be a teacher on special assignment leading into full time if the departments continue to grow. We are a small rural school in NY with a small population. The major job descriptions I have run across are for much bigger schools. But any help descriptions would be appreciated. Thanks
